I tried blogging once....and it didn't quite pan out. I guess I didn't have much to say. But more recently....my life has turned interesting (to me at least) and I find that it's great to share stories with friends and find out that "oh! you think that too!!" or "oh! your kid does that too!!" or "oh!! did you really do that! I feel less stupid now!"
I'm a single working mom and I've lived in Florida for about 16 years....I'm originally from India but have adopted this wonderful country as my home. When I say I'm from India...well...my heritage is Indian...but I grew up outside the country for most of my life. I think it's given me a unique perspective on life where I feel like I'm supposed to care about certain things because of my heritage but I'm able to look past it and move on....hence the title. I see and experience life and all it's adventures with a sense of humor which gets me through the day....be happy...smile :)
This blog is more a venue to let me jot down my rambling thoughts on parenting, single life, work and everyday events/news that all of us probably think about. It's not a judgement on anyone...just my not-so-humble opinion that no one has to agree with...in short..it's my soap box :-)
